Foundations Co-Living is dedicated to transforming lives through stable housing. Our focus is on creating an inspiring environment for individuals in recovery or experiencing other challenging life circumstances. We know that the foundation of a life well-lived is having a safe place to lay your head at night.
Structured Sober Living
Our homes are all-inclusive, independent co-living environments. We provide safe, beautiful, drug and alcohol-free homes for adults and single-parent families who are in need of housing.
Our mission is to provide safe and affordable housing to the most vulnerable communities in Minnesota.
Our homes have:
- Twin beds with sheets and comforter
- Dressers
- All Utilities included
- Washer & Dryer
- Living room television
- Wi-Fi internet and Community Computer station
- Clean, updated , and well-maintained home
General Requirements
- ALL CREDIT SCORES ACCEPTED
- Clean and Sober
- Proof of Income
- Valid Government-Issued Photo Identification
NOTE: Each home may serve a particular demographic. For example, each of our homes are gender specific, and may serve a more nuanced subset like single parents, veterans, etc.
